AI & Document Processing

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to extract and analyze information from uploaded insurance documents. This processing is essential to providing our core service functionality.

Important: Uploaded documents may be processed by third-party AI services (such as OpenAI) under strict data processing agreements. These services do not retain your data after processing and are contractually prohibited from using your data to train their models.

We may use anonymized and aggregated document data to improve our AI models' accuracy. This data cannot be used to identify individual users or their specific insurance information.
